Complimentary self-parking is available on property.
Is there a discounted rate for the hotel?
Group Rate: $242/night (includes $20 daily resort fee and destination fee)
Where do I go when I arrive at the hotel?
There will be signage at the hotel entrance indicating where to find the Southeast Councils registration desk.
What does the registration fee include?
ALL education and exhibit hall admission are INCLUDED with your conference registration along with the following meals:

Lunch & Learn on Saturday, Nov. 14
Exhibit Hall Reception on Saturday, Nov. 14
Exhibit Hall Brunch on Sunday, Nov. 15
Can I earn Continuing Education credit by attending the Southeast Councils Annual Conference?
Yes, CEU approval is through OR Today, a licensed Continuing Education Provider with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing (License #16623).
What happens in the exhibit hall?
The Exhibit Hall will feature leading companies who provide products and technology solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and promote patient safety for you and your department. By visiting the vendors you will learn about these opportunities as well as have an opportunity to win amazing door prizes including gift cards, fitness trackers, gift baskets, technology and more!
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code is business casual, though the meeting rooms can tend to run cool so we do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket.
Do I have to “check-in” once I arrive?
You may visit the Southeast Councils registration desk at any point during the conference, but we ask that you do so prior to attending any sessions or entering the exhibit hall so that we can provide you with your badge and conference materials.
