IN-BOUND SHIPMENTS:
Due to limitations in secured storage space, the Hotel will only accept packages as follows:
Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to group arrival and must be labeled with the following:
- Name of the person collecting shipment
- Company Name
- Number of boxes (ie 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc)
- Hold for Arrival Date: ______
OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS:
- All packages must be boxed, taped, with labels secured to the boxes.
- The hotel staff will remove packages and take them to the proper holding place for pickup.
- Please make your own arrangements with FedEx or UPS for pickup.
