NOTICE:

Due to limitations in secured storage space, the Hotel will only accept packages as follows:

Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to group arrival and must be labeled with the following:

• Name of the person collecting shipment
• Company Name
• Number of boxes (ie 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc)
• Hold for Arrival Date: 10/31/25

Handling charges will be issued as follows:

• Boxes up to 36″ x 24″ x 24″ $15/box
• Larger boxes/Display cases $40/item
• Pallets $150/pallet

Charges will be payable by the recipient upon receipt of shipment. Hotel will not be responsible for any shipping charges, damages or loss to any packages or boxes.
